Heroes of the Eclipse

Heroes of the Eclipse is an action and strategy game that gives you the opportunity to play a hero from the Eclipse Islands. Your mission is to defeat a multitude of enemies on the battlefield. Not only will you have to choose a good formation and strategy for your troops - you'll also be able to directly control your hero during the combat.

During battles, the control system in Heroes of the Eclipse is the same as in most 3D action games: you'll control your hero's movements with your left thumb, while you control the camera with the right. Also, on the right side of the screen, you'll have the three attack buttons and the defense button. Learning to combine your movements will be key for victory.

Although you can control your hero during battles and directly confront all your enemies, the truth is that the action starts much earlier. The preparation phase is just as important as the combat itself. During this preparation phase, you'll have to choose the special upgrade you want for your hero and decide on a formation for your troops. A good strategy and plan can help you out a ton during the actual battle.

Heroes of the Eclipse is a fun game, which manages to successfully combine action and strategy. It offers an original gaming experience which, at times, is reminiscent of the battles in Mount & Blade. The game also has good graphics and an interesting story, set in the fictional Eclipse Islands.
